"Move towards joy. Don’t wait for something to happen or be a certain way.” This is the quote that I posted on Instagram earlier this month. In this episode, I share more about what I mean and what it could mean to you. Do you want to wait around for joy? I don't, and you don't have to either. You can intentionally move towards joy--physically, mentally, and emotionally.
